Smart-contract is not a part of the site, it is included in Ethereum system and present on millions of computers all over the globe. Ethereum network is decentralized and has no control center. No power, not even the largest states can capture this network and force someone to delete a smart-contract (well, there is no one to force, because when ownership is denied smart-contracts don’t have owners). The site exists on its own and it’s only an informational page visited by people to become the platform participants. The site describes the principle of smart-contract work to visitors much better. But you can participate in the system without visiting site even once. All you need to know is the smart-contract address. If site crashes, it won’t affect the work and you’ll keep receiving your revenue every day, because the smart-contract will automatically work in the network. Yes, the site does have an owner and it’s controlled by project administration to attract new participant and inform the rest. The site does not operate your money and has no access to it. The site does not contain any information about participants’ payments, transactions histories or accounts. In case of a ban by governing structures of any country, the web-site has several mirrors (other domain names where the site’s copy exists). For security purposes the site mirrors are announced in social networks if there are any bans ahead. Ban counter-action was covered before launching the project.
